The club offers a two-floor gym and rooftop gym, three basketball courts, seven padel courts, a 25 m semi-Olympic pool, Reformer Pilates and studio training. 2. Ox Fitness at Dubai Fintech District

Ox Fitness is a premium Qatari fitness club set to open within GulfALTS’ business park. It will provide a gym amenity for the business park’s tenants, rather than an operating option near Apricot Tower. Its planned tenant-amenity role distinguishes it from the operating standalone venues in this comparison.

3. Nitro Gym

Nitro Gym operates at Apricot Towers, Dubai Silicon Oasis. It is one of the gyms near Apricot Tower. Its building-based location makes it relevant when assessing fitness amenities serving the tower’s tenants.

How to Compare These Apricot Tower Venues

Compare gyms near Apricot Tower by location, training format and current availability, rather than treating every entry as an equivalent local option.

• Location first: Nitro Gym operates at Apricot Towers, Dubai Silicon Oasis, near Apricot Tower. Full Circle EMS Fitness Center Dubai Silicon Oasis and MotivatedFit EMS operate at SIT Tower, Nadd Hessa; Fitness Together occupies its 24th floor. These are the nearby choices in this list.

Max Fit Gym operates at Maxfitgym, 42nd St. Club 15 sits within Dubai Creative Park in Al Quoz, while Ox Fitness is a separate planned option; neither belongs in a proximity comparison for Apricot Tower.

• Training format: Full Circle EMS Fitness Center Dubai Silicon Oasis, Fitness Together, MotivatedFit EMS and Max Fit Gym offer personal training. For operators assessing a personal-training-led premises model, that shared service provides a useful starting point for comparison.

Club 15 offers a broader mix of disciplines: its two-floor gym and rooftop gym sit alongside three basketball courts, seven padel courts, a 25 m semi-Olympic pool, Reformer Pilates and studio training. Compare according to the activities a premises must accommodate, not the number of activities available.

• Scale and recovery: Dubai Creative Park is a planned 500,000 sq ft wellness and fitness destination, not a measurement of Club 15’s gym floor. Club 15’s recovery facilities include a sauna, infrared sauna, ice bath, Jacuzzi and Normatec.

That combination matters for operators evaluating training and recovery within the same club. For a personal-training-led premises model near Apricot Tower, compare the nearby personal-training options against that specific need rather than against the scale of the wider destination.

• Operating status and setting: Club 15 operates today; Ox Fitness is set to open and should remain a future consideration rather than a current training choice. Ox Fitness will be a gym within a business park, whereas Club 15 is a sports club within a wellness and fitness destination.

GulfALTS is developing the wider Dubai Creative Park destination, but does not own or operate Club 15. Keeping the property developer’s role separate from the club operator’s role makes the comparison clearer.

For GulfALTS, the commercial-space lesson is practical: sports and wellness operators need premises that fit their activities, equipment and customer access. Fitness and wellness operators can discuss their commercial-space and leasing requirements with GulfALTS.

Omar Farouk's Take

Proximity should carry more weight than facility breadth when a business evaluates fitness amenities for its tenants. I would favour Nitro Gym’s on-site location at Apricot Towers for day-to-day convenience, while treating Club 15’s wider sports offering as a separate destination choice, not a substitute for an amenity tenants can access within their building.
