Full Circle EMS, Fitness Together, MotivatedFit EMS, Nitro Gym and Max Gym are the five operating nearby choices, while Club 15 is in Al Quoz and Ox Fitness is upcoming elsewhere. From GulfALTS’ developer-operator perspective, comparing these locations and training options helps businesses assess how fitness provision serves their tenants.

Five entries below are operating local options. Club 15 and the planned Ox Fitness provide separate portfolio context, rather than nearby alternatives.

Top 7 Gyms near Silicon Avenue

1. Club 15 at Dubai Creative Park

Club 15 is an operating sports club within Dubai Creative Park, the 500,000 sq ft wellness and fitness destination under development by GulfALTS in Al Quoz, rather than near Silicon Avenue. GulfALTS develops the destination, not owns or operates Club 15. Its facilities include a two-floor gym and rooftop gym, three basketball courts, seven padel courts and a 25 m semi-Olympic pool. Reformer Pilates and studio training sit alongside recovery facilities that include a sauna, infrared sauna, ice bath, Jacuzzi and Normatec.

2. Ox Fitness at Dubai Fintech District

Ox Fitness is set to open as a premium fitness club inside GulfALTS’ business park, not near Silicon Avenue. The planned club will provide a gym amenity for business park tenants; it is an upcoming option rather than a currently operating gym.

3. Full Circle EMS Fitness Center Dubai Silicon Oasis

For personal training near Silicon Avenue, Full Circle EMS Fitness Center Dubai Silicon Oasis operates in SIT Tower, Nadd Hessa, Dubai Silicon Oasis. Personal training is part of its offering for people seeking trainer-led exercise.

4. Fitness Together

The 24th floor of SIT Tower is home to Fitness Together, an operating personal training option near Silicon Avenue. Its address is SIT Tower, 24th Floor, Nadd Hessa, Dubai Silicon Oasis. For tenants assessing local fitness provision, it adds a trainer-led option within the tower.

5. MotivatedFit EMS

MotivatedFit EMS offers personal training at SIT Tower, Nadd Hessa, Dubai Silicon Oasis, near Silicon Avenue. It is another currently operating option in the building for those seeking personal training. Its location places it alongside Full Circle EMS and Fitness Together in the same commercial tower.

6. Nitro Gym

What to Weigh Before Committing in Silicon Avenue

Choose between gyms near Silicon Avenue by separating everyday convenience from the training experience you actually want.

• Location: Start with the trip you would make on a normal training day, not an occasional free afternoon. The local options include SIT Tower for Full Circle EMS Fitness Center Dubai Silicon Oasis, Fitness Together and MotivatedFit EMS; Apricot Towers for Nitro Gym; and IT Plaza for Max Gym. Club 15 sits within Dubai Creative Park in Al Quoz, while Ox Fitness is a separate, planned option, so neither belongs in a shortlist based on proximity to Silicon Avenue.
• Programming: Decide whether your priority is personal training, independent exercise or several sports within one club. Full Circle EMS Fitness Center Dubai Silicon Oasis, Fitness Together, MotivatedFit EMS and Max Gym offer personal training; Club 15 offers a two-floor gym and rooftop gym, basketball, padel, a 25 m semi-Olympic pool, Reformer Pilates and studio training. Compare those activities against what you intend to do each week, rather than treating a longer facilities list as an automatic advantage.
• Operating hours: Make your available training window a deciding factor, rather than choosing a gym first and trying to rearrange your week around it. Think about whether you need to exercise before work, after work or on weekends, and whether the commute still fits when your schedule becomes busy. Keep current choices separate from future possibilities: Ox Fitness is planned, so it is not an option for someone who needs to start training now.
• Personal fit: Write down two or three requirements before comparing the venues, such as a local address, personal training or access to a particular sport. If you want regular coaching near Silicon Avenue, focus on the local personal-training options; if you want swimming and court sports alongside gym training, consider Club 15 as a separate Al Quoz choice. Recovery preferences can also shape that decision: Club 15 has a sauna, infrared sauna, ice bath, Jacuzzi and Normatec, but those facilities only matter if you expect to use them.

From GulfALTS’ developer-operator perspective, the neighborhood’s sports and wellness spaces should support repeat visits and the practical needs of the businesses that lease them. That same principle informs GulfALTS portfolio, including Dubai Creative Park, its 500,000 sq ft wellness and fitness destination in Al Quoz: commercial space should suit the operators and customers who use it.

Anastasia Volkova's Take

Proximity is the constraint I would test first: a gym in the same tower does not automatically fit a tenant’s workforce or an operator’s concept. When assessing gyms near Silicon Avenue, I would prioritise the fit between training format and workplace needs over the breadth of facilities available at a separate destination.
